BioVarnish Sanding Sealer
Biovarnish Sanding Sealer is a water based acrylic sanding sealer coating material specially formulated for exterior – interior wood finishing. This product can be applied by spraying or brushing. Some of its advantages include drying quickly, easy to sand.
Biovarnish Sanding Sealer is also safe and environmentally friendly, because it is formulated by taking into account and following the chemical safety provisions according to ECHA and US-EPA regulations. Can be applied using a brush or spray gun.
- Seals the wood pores and makes the wood smooth and flush
- Used for wood finishing or wood based substances such as MDF, HDF, plywood, as well as bamboo and rattan
- Can be applied using brush, spray and roller technique
- For application using spray technique, dilute sanding sealer with clean water (2:1 ratio) to obtain proper stiffness. After application, dry at room temperature (28-32 °C) in open area, or if in an interior space, ensure that it is well ventilated
- For application on wood which is highly absorbent (e.g. red meranti, bengkirai), apply 2-3 coats of sanding sealer
- Type: Acrylics modifier
- Solid Content: 40%
