ClayPlast
ClayPlast (Tanah Taro) is a natural mix that results in a durable, textured wall finish.
- Sourced locally from natural materials
- Durable and textured wall finish
- Can be applied internally (gypsum, triplex, concrete and kalsibord) or externally
- Color: cream
- Sizes: 1 kg and 20 kg
We recommend using our skilled worker to apply tanah taro to your wall.
- Make sure that the wall has no leaks, is free of moisture
- Protect the wall from sunlight and wind before and just after application
- Poor mixing of ingredients will result in some cracks
- Protect the clay plaster from dust, hand prints, water and other interactions during the drying period as this can affect the color of the clay finish
- For easier maintenance, clay plaster can be covered by a protective coating.
- Tanah taro is not washable, but for a higher performance pre-sealant can be applied. This will make the clay wall resist to ink, ketchup, sauce, drinks and the like.
- Adding a matting agent will produce a natural look
