Characteristics

Formulation

• On water-based finishing system, Orchid Enamel Paint can be easily diluted with water (pH ± 7) to reduce the intensity of the color.
• To obtain the desired color, blend colors with each other.

Application 

1. Clean the surface of the substrate by sanding (paper no. 200) 
2. If paint is applied on steel roof, ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean of residue, dust, or oil 
3. If there are any cracks on the wood surface, use Wood Filler WF-601 
4. When dry, use sand paper no.400 to get a smoother result 
5. Stir Orchid Enamel Paint well and dilute with water (pH ± 7) 
6. Apply Orchid Enamel Paint 2-3 times, depending on preference (paint range 10-15 minutes/coat) depending on media

Store in a closed, dry room, avoid exposing to direct sunlight.

The total VOC content of this paint is far below the standard set by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which is 250 g/l.
